It is a pleasure to bring you Volume 3 of the International Test Conference quarterly Exhibitor Newsletter.  The 4th and final issue for 2015 will be sent in December as a follow-up to the conference.  We hope you find these newsletters informative and helpful to your planning process, and we thank you again for being a part of ITC's 46th year.

Exhibitor Manual
The exhibitor manual for 2015 contains detailed exhibition floor regulations, email blast guidelines, corporate forum guidelines, passport program infor mation, marketing opportunities, supportership opportunities, and meeting room reservations. The exhibitor manual can be found online at http://www.itctestweek.org/exhibiting/exhibitor-s-manual. It is very important for all exhibitors to review and become familiar with  this material.

Corporate Forum on Exhibit Floor
The Corporate Forum will be held in a comfortable meeting area adjacent to the exhibits floor. This will integrate the presentations more cohesively with traffic from the ITC exhibition.

The Corporate Forum starts with a one-hour presentation from our Diamond Supporter Optimal+. All other presentations will be delivered in back-to-back fashion at 20-minute intervals on the exhibits floor. The 20-minute length is a fast pace designed to keep this event more interesting, and provide attendees with exposure to more exhibitor presentations.

Email Blast Service
The email blast service is offered to exhibitors and supporters as a means for promoting their participation in ITC.  It is an ideal vehicle for spreading the word about your products, demos, and activities at ITC.  Exhibitor email blasts started this week,  and will continue until the Friday prior to ITC. We limit email blasts to one per business day, and are fully booked for the week of September 28 - October 2. We have many open dates prior to that week. The fee for this service is $400 (waived for ITC supporters).

Please contact Michael Purtell if you would like to use this service.

Poster Sessions
The Poster Session has been on held at lunchtime Wednesday for the past several years. This has helped increase the traffic on the exhibits floor as attendees visit posters, have lunch, and visit exhibitors. This year, we are extending the poster session to Thursday. Each poster will be presented once, on Wednesday or Thursday between 12 noon and 2 PM. We expect about 20 posters each day.

ITC2016 - Getting Ready for Next Year
Next year ITC will be held at the Fort Worth Convention Center in downtown Fort Worth Texas. The Fort Worth population of over 800,000 people blends its cattle and oil heritage seamlessly with an ever-growing, diverse array of new businesses and industries. Fort Worth was the fastest growing large city with more than 500,000 population between 2000 and 2010, and is now the 16th largest city in the United States. The Fort Worth convention center is conveniently located in the heart of a very walkable, cosmopolitan downtown.

ITC has a large base of attendees from the state of Texas. The convention center is only 30 miles from Dallas, a three-hour drive from Austin, and a four-hour drive from Houston. For air travelers, Fort Worth offers convenient access to nearby Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) International airport. As of October 2014, DFW Airport has service to a total of 202 destinations, including 55 international and 147 within the United States. DFW is the third-largest airport in the world.

The conference will be held in mid-November, with the exhibits floor open November 15 - 17, 2016.  Each exhibitor at this year's ITC will be offered an appointment to reserve booths and to make arrangements for ITC2016.

For ITC2016, we have a new promotion to encourage the rental of multiple booths. We are offering four booth for the price of three, to any exhibitor that wishes to increase their footprint on the exhibition floor. Please consider this offer as you plan your booth selection for  ITC2016.
