The United Way Alliance on Aging is proud to have been honored as a leader in advancing the common good at the United Way Worldwide conference in Grapevine, Texas! With a record number of applicants, the 2015 Common Good Awards were announced on April 30th with 2,000 attendees from United Ways across the globe. The United Way Alliance on Aging won the honorable mention. Corissa Rol?n, the Director of Healthy Aging for United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley said, "This award is the result of the efforts of hundreds of people in the Valley who have worked together to create real improvements in the lives of seniors. We are honored to have been recognized and this award goes to each and every one of our Alliance members who help and contribute in their own way". |
