LMCTV Filmmakers Win National Award

Motions in History of the Sound Shore |
LMCTV's Studio Production Manager Dena Schumacher and longtime LMCTV volunteer Andrey Gordon have been awarded by the Alliance for Community Media for their production of "Motions in History of the Sound Shore." The program, which was made in collaboration with several youth volunteers, is a LEGO stop-motion animated short film highlighting the history of Larchmont and Mamaroneck. The Alliance for Community Media is a national organization which hosts its annual Hometown Media Awards. On August 13, Schumacher and Gordon will be presented with the award for Best Children's Program at the Hometown Media Awards Ceremony in Pasadena, CA.
