We are extremely appreciative to all of you that invite us back year after year, and also to all of our new customers! We thank you for trusting us to train your technicians, for the betterment of your customers and your business.

and for that we are grateful!

For years we have been teaching our inspections using two mirror types. The long rectangular mirror we designed and sell at the classes and online, as well as the small round telescoping mirror. Many have been asking over the past years to purchase the small round mirror, but we unfortunately did not sell them. Ask and you shall receive!

If you want to get an idea when we will be in your area, here is a typical time line of locations:
Again, this is a typical year, but it can be altered somewhat to
accommodate
your time needs.
The purpose of this time line is to give approximate dates we will be in a particular part of the country.
Ex: If you are in CA, you will know not to request a date in August.
The states we do a majority of our training in are listed.
If you do not see your state listed, it does not mean we do not train there.
August 15-31:

Heat Exchanger Experts receives phone calls and emails every day from people all over the country requesting our company for 2nd and 3rd opinions, court cases, certifications, and expert witnesses/opinions. Unfortunately, we are not available for a majority of these cases.
Although we believe our training seminar is the best training offered for residential furnace heat exchanger inspections, we cannot refer a student for attending one class.
The knowledge and experience needed to perform those tasks without question is not something you can acquire by attending a single seminar. It takes a lot of training and many years of experience.
We need partners we are able to confidentially refer and act on behalf of our company all across the nation.
What is a
'Nationally Certified Heat Exchanger Experts® Representative'?
A Nationally Certified Heat Exchanger Experts® Representative will serve as a representative of our company. We will rely on our Representatives to give sound, unbiased expert opinions in any of the circumstances mentioned above. You will approach each individual case as the neutral party needed with no vested interest.
How Do I Become a Representative?
The following steps need to be taken to become a partner:
- Attend 3 Heat Exchanger Experts Residential Furnace Heat Exchanger Inspection Seminars within a 3 year period.
- Pass a background test
- Pass the Heat Exchanger Experts® Certified Representative test and pay the certification fee
- Issue current certificate of liability
- Be in good standing with the BBB
- Attend one additional seminar every 3 years and take the Continuing Education test to keep partnership active.
Each Representative must also agree to the following:
- Agree to be broadcast on the radio, news or TV networks if needed.
- Abide by the Heat Exchanger Experts® Certified Representative code of conduct and rules
- Company must maintain good standing with the BBB
What Do I Receive with my Partnership?
- Official Heat Exchanger Experts® Certified Representative badge and long sleeve, white button up embroidered shirt (required to wear on all customer encounters on our behalf)
- Exclusive plaque and wall certificate
- Use of exclusive Heat Exchanger Experts® Certified Representative logo for website
- Discounts on seminars, training manuals, mirrors and HEE Certified gear
- Exclusive Representative only seminars
- Extensive marketing and referral networking on your behalf
The program will be launched in Fall of 2016. Once launched you will have the opportunity to receive the information and find out how to become a Representative.
