Wellness Newsletter - April 2015
The March/April 2015 issues of Inside Business magazine included an article titled "Got Arbejdsglaede?" That term (pronounced ah-BITES-gleh-the) is a Scandanavian word defined as "happiness at work". The article discusses key factors that can foster happiness on the job - working for a great manager, staying physically fit, practicing random acts of kindness, spending more time with family, and participating in a wellness program.  Thinking about how you can increase your daily happiness may be a beneficial step for you to consider.  What can you do now to be happy at work?  Think of a few ideas and then make a commitment to include those steps in each work day. If you have a few free minutes, watch this fun YouTube video on Arbejdsglaede.
