Iko Ward: There are all kinds of rumors claiming for the third night in a row it's done, we'll be in the banks tomorrow. The great news is it probably has, just not in the form we thought. IMO there is evidence of a convenience or "priority" to how they are letting it go.
By "they" I mean the decision maker accommodating the various factions and power brokers. We are still near the end of the list.
Iko ward: We are not 'The Public", we are the internet group. But we are way down the line from a BRICS nation or a Rothschild or The Vatican. Everybody's in line. No one is exempt. And this is now "event" driven, not date driven.
One thing gets done, the next gets moving.
Iko Ward :But a single event could push a simultaneous RV. If the market keeps going down that could be the main event.
The Chinese could get pissed and declare an early asset back. The wonderful, wonderful thing for us is that it is going down and we are all safe no matter what. We own this currency. Our butts are covered.

IN CONTINUATION OF THE LAST RUMOR LIST, A FEW MORE TIDBITS HAVE GOTTEN OUT, AND THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE FACT THAT THE MOON IS MADE OF GREEN CHEESE. IT IS ACTUALLY GRAY WITH SOME MOLDY PARTS.
THE BIGGEST ONE IS THAT GENERAL DUNFORD HAS PUSHED THE BUTTON ON THE NEW REPUBLIC. NOW THAT WOULD BE A MONUMENTALLY GOOD THING. PART OF THAT SNIPPET YESTERDAY WAS:
Dunford pushed the button and the Republic was activated.. some funds must move into the system for the announcement expected on Thursday with the RV/GCR.

No new intel per Rayren but I did finally hear from my pvt group with SKR's. No go today but they are being told by the 15th.
Now let's look at the progression of where we are.
Tomorrow 12/10 there is one more group that was told funding on this day; yet to be seen.
History has dictated that Iraq, Kuwait have "rv'd " on Thursday.
Friday 12/11/2015 is not only a master Chinese number but the day the UN operational rate sheet is set for Dec 15th.
The 11th of Dec is the day that our Govt has to come up with a solution for the budget again.

So what will happen when the currency auctions do end?
What will happen when 2016 comes rolling around and we have not yet seen any significant increase in the IQD rate? Will they still re-launch the 50k notes and launch the 100k notes as they told us they will do?
So I want everyone reading this news letter to realize that the news about the revaluation of currency focus should be on the actions of the CBI and the statements made by the Finance Ministry.

So today I am writing a short and to the point news letter. There is not a lot of new current news concerning the currency reform and the needed laws. Until Abadi solidifies his reform coalition these last remaining needed laws will just sit there on the shelf and collect dust.
Today's News
Today is Wednesday December 9th and yes we are now entering the second week of December already and still no RV.
Many events seem to converge on the month of December, and in particular mid December, so let's pay close attention to what is happening this month. I believe in retrospect we will say this was a very significant month.

Bank of Canada Just Announced QE and Zero Interest Rate Policies

Things just went from bad to worse for Canada. Along with a continuing collapse in crude prices, and a teetering real estate market, the Federal Reserve in the United States is set to increase interest rates on December 16th for the first time in ten years.
Traditionally the Bank of Canada would match interest rate increases in the US with its own increases. The challenges which Canada faces by increasing interest rates is that the country holds the title for the highest level of private debt in the world, as well as one of the most overvalued real estate markets.

chattels: President Barzani: Erbil will remain neutral in Iraq-Turkey row over troops By Rudaw ERBIL, Kurdistan - Kurdish President Masoud Barzani said Tuesday that Kurdistan will remain neutral in a row between Baghdad and Ankara over Iraqi objections to Turkish troops training Peshmerga forces near Mosul.
"Before, there were agreements between Turkey and Baghdad and local authorities of Mosul over training (Sunni) Arab volunteers to be well-prepared for an anticipated battle for Mosul," Barzani told Rudaw. "The Kurdistan region is not part of the problem.
I will discuss this topic in Turkey tomorrow and we will also talk to Baghdad," he added. "If Turkish troops came to fight ISIS, it would be good." Barzani is scheduled to visit Turkey Wednesday to meet top Turkish officials to discuss the war and current regional issues.
