It is with great sadness that I inform you of the death of Franklin E. Dillon, the beloved father of Barbara Bloom. Franklin passed away on Saturday, September 12.
A burial mass will be celebrated at St. Rose of Lima Church, 46 Church Hill Road, Newtown on Wednesday, September 16th at 10:30 a
m. Interment with Military Honors will follow in St. Rose Cemetery.
Today, Tuesday, September 15, Barbara and her family will be receiving friends at a wake held at Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main Street, Newtown, CT, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
