Register for the CMH Home Care Services Lunch and Learn 

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) will host a free Lunch and Learn seminar on CMH Home Care Services (Home Health, Hospice, Homemaker Plus, Health Transit and Home Medical Equipment) Friday, July 10 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the CMH Community Rooms located at 1500 N. Oakland, Bolivar. Information will be presented by Tiffany Long, Home Care Services marketing assistant and Jennifer Hendrickson, Home Care Services volunteer coordinator.

 CMH Home Care Services provides personalized care from qualified medical professionals who can help patients recover from surgery, injury or illness in the comfort of home. Skilled nursing services allow patients to remain independent while improving their condition or preventing a condition to worsen. Supportive care for advanced illnesses provided by Hospice allows patients comfort while receiving pain and symptom management and support for family during the transition.

Homemaker Plus allows individuals help with advanced personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation, housekeeping chores, laundry and personal care. Health Transit helps patients with transportation to health-related appointments.

Home Medical Equipment (HME) provides a full line of respiratory care services including home oxygen, CPAP for sleep therapy and nebulizer compressors. Additionally, HME assists individuals in maintaining independence in their home by carrying products that assist with balance, reach and shortness of breath.

 A light lunch will be served and reservations are requested.
