ISO 9001 is a standard that sets out the requirements for a quality management system.   It helps businesses and organizations to be more efficient and improve customer satisfaction.  These ISO standards are reviewed every five years and revised if needed which helps ensure they remain useful tools for the marketplace.  At this seminar, you will learn about the major differences and benefits of ISO 9001:2015.  You'll also find out what you should do if you are currently using or certified to the older version of ISO 9001:2008.

The transition of this standard will incorporate and require a rethinking of your company’s QMS program in areas such as:

  • What is the context of your organization?
  • How do you assess risk within key and critical processes?
  • The role of leadership in your QMS program
  • What should/could you exclude relating to the standard?
  • Defining your organization’s interested parties
  • Your documentation as it exists now and in the future

The seminar will also include an overall review of the changes, insight into the transition time frame, how to prepare your company and a Q&A session.

Plan some time to come to LIFT’s Informative and Interactive seminar on this
transition beginning globally - September 2015.
