Scout News: November 19
Ten Commandments Hike... Friday, November 27, last call for signups. Rain or shine, join us for a walk around Long Beach. A favorite of Scouts, siblings, and parents alike. Meet at 8am.
Long Beach Mayor Robert Garcia visited Troop 120 to help them earn their Citizenship in the Community badge! The Scouts learned about the breakwater study, city revenue, and what duties the mayor performs. About 20 Webelos from Pack 206 were also in attendance.

Time to renew! All merit badge counselors have until December 15 of this year to renew for 2016.
Email Sandy if you have not renewed yet. All current counselors who do not respond will be dropped.
NOTE: Merit Badge Counselor training this coming Tuesday, November 24, 7pm,
Long Beach Sea Base.
Early results are in: Scouts collected
over 25,000 pounds of food this past Saturday! This number is sure to rise as we continue to receive more bags. Thank you to all Scouts, parents, volunteers, and community members who supported this effort.

Saturday, December 12 - Sand, carve, and shape your new block of wood into a winning pinewood derby creation. All tools and expert advice provided. Located in the Long Beach Scout Shop parking lot. The Scout Shop will be fully stocked with materials and decals.
