Thanksgiving Break
School will be closed for Thanksgiving break
November 25-30.  We thank YOU for choosing York Catholic!   
Thanksgiving Mass
Families and friends are invited to join us for Thanksgiving Mass on Tuesday, November 24, at 10 AM in the auditorium.
Musical Auditions
The spring Musical will be, "Bye Bye Birdie."  Cast auditions will be held November 23 and 24 from 3:15-5:15 PM in the auditorium.  Call backs, if needed, will be December 1 from 3:15-5:15 PM.  Students interested in auditioning should contact Mr. Carlo Stubbings, Musical  Director, at [email protected] .

Giving Tuesday

York Catholic will be participating in this year's #GivingTuesday on December 1.  In case you haven't heard, the goal of #GivingTuesday is to create a global day of giving back, which celebrates generosity and kindness. 
 
York Catholic has a goal of raising $7,500 and we really hope you'll be a part of reaching that goal. Please give or give again.  All gifts are appreciated no matter the amount.  All of the donations received will go towards YC's Annual Fund.
 
We hope you're able to join the millions who are making #GivingTuesday the huge success that it is nationwide.

Winter Sports Update
Meet the Teams Night
Parents and fans are invited to raise the Irish spirit and meet the athletes who will be representing York Catholic this winter.  Meet the Teams Night will be held Monday, December 1, at 7 PM in the gymnasium.  Come out and cheer on our teams!
 
Team Photos 
Winter sports teams will have pictures taken on Monday, November 23 at the following times:

3:10 PM    8th Grade Boys
3:30 PM    Freshmen Boys
3:50 PM    Junior High Cheerleaders
4:10 PM    Varsity Cheerleaders
4:30 PM    Varsity, then JV Girls Basketball
5:10 PM    8th Grade Girls Basketball, 
                    then Freshmen Girls Basketball
6:00 PM    Varsity, then JV Boys Basketball (if football team is in Districts, this date will be 
                     re-scheduled)
 
Coaches will give student-athletes picture order forms that should be completed and handed to the photographer at the time of the photo shoot.
