Yoga
Adult Yoga, Coed
Yoga is a healing practice and benefits everyone, regardless of previous experience or injuries.
This class is designed for everyone, even if you haven't attempted Yoga before.
Come learn the fundamentals of yoga and increase flexibility, strength, and balance - physically mentally.
Adult Yoga, Men Only
Yes, we've developed a program just for you. The poses are powerful and specifically designed to open and strengthen your body efficiently. All levels welcome.
Girls Only YogaFlex, Grades 6-8
A body conditioning class that incorporates yoga and strength training aimed at middle school girls. The class will focus on toning and strengthening the body as well as calming the mind.

Performing Arts
Back for its second season, this great program is brought to the OGRCC by Greenwich Stage and Film to children ages 11-17. The program will feature positive and encouraging experiences in stage and film acting and production techniques, leading into design and production of performing arts projects.

Create With Me
A six week class for parents or grandparents and young children (ages 2 to 4) to experience clay for the first time.

Workshop Series
Hobby Quest Aviators
This year's Workshop Series will teach children about how aviation works through building and flying their own airplanes from scratch, such as balsa wood gliders, electric battery powered and rubber band powered planes.
