Employee Spotlight: Meet Jessica

Jessica Massart is our shipping department supervisor and has been an employee with Valley Custom Door for over 20 years. Jessica manages the team that organizes and prioritizes shipments leaving our manufacturing facility each day. She also performs quality checks to ensure skids loaded onto trucks are scheduled to deliver on time, to the correct location, and are properly packed for safe shipping. Most importantly, Jessica does a thorough quality check of products exiting the facility to ensure they meet Valley Custom Door's exceptional standards.

Jessica started at Valley Custom Door in 1994 in the finishing department, then moved to the door department in 2006 where she gained more knowledge and experience in the door making process, before taking the job she loves in shipping. "I love the work," she shared. "It's a great job, it keeps me busy and moving around. Plus, it's a nice place to work. As a family owned company, Valley Custom Door is very good to their employees and they are always looking for more ways to improve their customer satisfaction."
