Jake's Help From Heaven
has been busy this summer!
We have had many deliveries and visits with our families. Adaptive bikes were popular items and we were quite happy to deliver them to individuals of all ages. For Walter (pictured above) it provided him with some independence.
For some of our
other applicants we were able to provide opportunities for first ever family bike rides and increased quality of life.
We also helped fund many sessions of
hippotherapy for the summer - for individuals as young as 4 to those in their teenage years. We visited summer sessions at schools and provided technology to support learning both at school and at home.
We were happy to celebrate Kaitlin's 10th birthday at her Under the Sea party. Kaitiin and her family have been
part
of our Jake's Help From Heaven family for many years and we were happy to be able to provide a real live mermaid for the party!
