Spooky Film Festival
- Fridays; Dusk
Like summertime's Movies in Central Park, the 2015 Spooky Film Festival takes over Central Park weekly. Each Friday night, October 9-October 30, enjoy creepy and fun classics at dusk! Make sure to arrive early to get a good spot.

A Lego Fan Expo
October 10-11, 2015 at the Cobb Galleria
10:00am - 5:00pm
Celebricktion features Lego builders Harry and Austin Nijenkamp "free built" (meaning no plans or drawings) city with over one million Lego pieces
featuring parks, 12-foot plus high skyscrapers, streets and even a parade containing thousands of Lego mini figures. It took over a year to build this amazing city which has now been lit up with over 1000 LED lights for this years event.
Celebricktion will also feature:
 A replica of Nijenkamp's Lego Studio to provide insight into how they create their giant exhibits.- BRICKS custom 4' MOCs including Helms Deep, Winter Village, Spooktacular Haunted Scene, and Pirate Island

Sharing spooky stories of historical haunts and paranormal activity, costumed storytellers guide the living (and along with a few undead) through a 90-minute stroll around the picturesque downtown square. By way of Honest Alley, the haunted jail and other devilish destinations, metro-Atlanta's most popular ghost tour unveils the mysterious myths and legends during a witching hour moonlit walk.
Hailed for its eerie encounters with EVP (electronic voice phenomena) and floating orbs, the
Haunted Cemetery Tour is for brave souls seeking an extra frightful delight,
October 9-31! Not for the faint of heart, thrill seekers follow Madame Macabre (Cynthia Rintye) through tombstone paths as she recounts her own chilling tale that inspired this tour! Guests should wear closed-toe shoes, bring a flashlight and be at least 13-years-old to participate; a signed release form will be required for every attendee.

Join in on some spooky LEGO fun every weekend in October!
LEGOLAND Discovery Center Atlanta is getting spooky for Halloween! Come decked out in your awesome Halloween costume every weekend throughout the month for some awesome Halloween activities!
You'll be able to go from area to area throughout the attraction trick-or-treating and collecting candy from our hosts! See if you can guess how many pumpkins there are in MINILAND. If you're the closest, you'll win an Annual Pass! Also test your building skills and see if you can build the spookiest and coolest pumpkin to add to our LEGO pumpkin patch!
Costume Contest
The center will have its Brick-or-Treat Costume Contest on October 31st and November 1st at 12pm and 3pm both days. Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners, but everyone will receive a certificate for participating! Do you have the best costume this year? Come find out!

Robots Day

 Prepare for an
epic robot revolution and join us for a fun-filled day investigating the capabilities of the artificially intelligent! People of all ages will come face to face with Atlanta's smartest androids through robot demonstrations, programming opportunities, fun activities and giveaways.
Robots Day is inspired by the latest National Geographic movie,
Robots, now playing in Fernbank Museum's IMAX® theatre. See the film, build your own robot and collect trading cards at one of Fernbank's most interactive family events of the year! You can also catch Fernbank Museum's newest IMAX® film,

Activity Lawn of Sandy Springs United Methodist Church
Spanning three Friday evenings during the late Summer and early Fall, Leadership Sandy Springs provides
FREE
quality family movies, projected on a huge inflatable screen, and combines the evening with family entertainment, food and community spirit! Starting at 6 pm, food trucks, games and entertainment and jumpy houses will be featured with kids in mind. Each year close to 7,000 Sandy Springs residents come out to see this wonderful open air series on the terraced lawn of the Activity Center at the Sandy Springs United Methodist Church. Movies begin at dark.

FLICKS ON THE BRICKS is an exciting event for family fun where you can enjoy great food, entertainment and a FREE movie. Did we mention they also have jumpy houses and food trucks! Every first and third Friday of the month, residents can expect to find a movie along with fun activities.
