The $21 million development will be located in Peoria, Illinois, and house 106 apartments. Gardant has been part of the development team and will manage the community.

GateWay will operate through the Illinois Supportive Living program so it will be able to serve adults of virtually all incomes who are 22 to 64 years of age at the time of move-in.

Persons interested in having their names placed on an Interest List to receive information as the community begins accepting reservations can call 1-877-882-1495.
