Welcome to the EEC Monthly Newsletter.

Our goal of the EEC Newsletter is to keep you up-to-date on what's happening at the EEC, and more! We'll talk not only about the programs and companies of the EEC, but also the resource partners that are helping small businesses here in NCC. So far, this week, one company has joined our resident program:
  • Paul Davis Emergency Services, a restoration company for residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by wind, fire, water, and storm.

Thanks for your support of the EEC! Stay tuned each month for more exciting developments!

Feature Story on New Resident in the Incubator

Stephen Haftl and his wife Jackie from Paul Davis Emergency Services moved into the EEC this past Monday, in Suite 107. His email is shaftl@pauldavis.com and his website is: http://locations.pauldavis.com/esde02

After a long career as a certified mechanic, who supervised teams of mechanics, Stephen decided it was time to go off on his own. Working with a broker, he examined several different types of franchise opportunities before settling on Paul Davis Emergency Services. He purchased the Paul Davis franchise, and started business in April of 2015. His area covers New Castle County.  Stephen is already actively engaged in the NCC Chamber, and a member of the Producers Referral Group.

Paul Davis Emergency Services specializes in immediate response services when a disaster, large or small damages your home or business. The goal is simple, to get your property back into working order as quickly as possible while provide you with outstanding and caring service.

Paul Davis Emergency Services works with both residential and commercial customers and Stephen's primary customers include Insurance Adjusters, Property Management professionals and some individual homeowners. If you know of someone that Stephen should make contact with, please reach out to him, so he can introduce himself. Or better yet, make the introduction for him!

By all means, if you're around the EEC, introduce yourself to Stephen.

The NCC combines a history of business success with an entrepreneurial heritage. It was NCC that supported the rise of corporate giants DuPont, Astra Zeneca, and Christiana Care.

NCC has a proud legacy of being business friendly and it was the county's leading role in the early mills and shipping that would eventually lead to Delaware becoming the "Corporate Capital of the World."

The EEC is Delaware's only small business incubator. Check out our YouTube Channel to see some examples of what makes us so great. You will find testimonials, informational videos, how incubation works, and highlights of educational videos.
