What Is Chai Mitzvah?
There are many doors through which you may enter a more meaningful Jewish life. Chai Mitzvah provides the framework and guidance to explore learning, spirituality, and social action on your terms, at your own pace. Offering an individualized approach to deepening your own engagement in Jewish life, Chai Mitzvah provides monthly learning and a program of personal enrichment.

There are five steps to the Chai Mitzvah program:

  • Attend a monthly group study session for 9 months, with a specially designed curriculum, provided by Chai Mitzvah.
  • Pick something you'd like to learn more about
  • Try or deepen a Jewish ritual or spiritual practice.
  • Engage in a social action project
  • Celebrate your achievement
  • Over 1,500 people have already explored their Judaism with Chai Mitzvah!

Why Chai Mitzvah?
Chai Mitzvah is non-denominational program designed for everyone, no matter what kind of active Jewish life you've had in the past. It's the perfect opportunity to reconnect with Jewish texts, values, and settings; you will also reconnect with your community, developing your own meaningful Jewish life. This is an opportunity to explore and expand your Jewish horizons, study something you've always wanted to learn more about, deepen a ritual you already practice, and connect all the parts of your Jewish life.
You can decide what your adult Jewish life will look like.
