June News: More Road Closures, Resident Survey & Living History Special Event

FM 1938 Road Closures in Southlake
From our neighbors in Southlake...FM 1938 is planned to be closed north of FM 1709 each night between 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. beginning Tuesday evening, June 23 until Friday morning, June 25 to perform storm drainage installation. Northbound and southbound traffic on FM 1938 between FM 1709 to south of Johnson Road will be guided into one detour lane and flagged in one direction as needed.

City of Southlake Police will be on site and flagger personnel will be located at both ends of the shared lane to provide coordinated reversible travel along this section of FM 1938.  Necessary driveways will be blocked as needed to prevent traffic from entering the work area. Delays can be expected with this traffic impact.  Motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes during this time period amd remember...Please slow down, use caution and have patience while traveling through the construction area. Thank you!

*Lane closures and traffic switches are subject to change due to weather and schedule.
