for being renamed one of Maryland's Top 100 Women
by The Daily Record.
The 2014 awards ceremony will be held in Baltimore in May.
In addition, Joan, a Certified Grants Management Specialist,
will receive the National Grants Management Association's
2014 Impact Award in the Private Sector
at their national conference in Arlington, Virginia in April.
