The Business Roundtable CEO Economic Outlook Index - a composite of CEO projections for sales and plans for capital spending and hiring over the next six months, had its third consecutive quarterly decline. The Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade has scheduled roll-out dates for the new Rural Jump-Start program. The program will start accepting applications from designated institutes of higher education for participation and zone creation on Dec. 15, 2015 at noon. Applications from new businesses will be accepted starting on Jan. 19, 2016.
