The vision of the Computer Science Collaboration Project is to efficiently increase participation of underrepresented groups in computer science opportunities and activities by effectively building collaborations between K-12, community-based organizations, higher education and industry. 

The Hour of Code is Here! No Experience Necessary!
Hour of CODE logo Organized by Code.org as part of Computer Science Education Week (CSEdWeek), December 7-13, 2015, the Hour of Code is a one-hour introduction to computer programming, designed to demystify code. Students of all ages choose from a variety of self-guided tutorials. Participants do not need prior computer programming experience. Tutorials are available in 40 languages and work on any modern browser, tablet, smartphone, or even with no computer at all. New tutorials feature Disney's Frozen, Scrat from Ice Age, Angry Birds, and Plants vs. Zombies. How-to guides, template lesson plans, best practices, and an FAQ are available for those who wish to teach one Hour of Code.

CODE2040 ArrowThe TAP program prepares Black and Latino/a students to access and succeed at acquiring employment (intern or full-time) at top tech companies. TAP addresses barriers to success via complementary workshops, retreats, online tools and meetups, as well as coaching and mentoring. Students may enroll online.

Computational Fairy Tales
Computational Fairy Tales is a collection of stories to introduce computer science concepts. The goal of each story is to provide an overview and illustration of a single computer science concept before presenting full technical details. The stories cover a range of topics, including: data structures, algorithms, introductory programming, and practical programming tips.
CS Unplugged
CS Unplugged is a collection of free learning activities that teach computer science through engaging games and puzzles. The activities introduce students to computational thinking through concepts such as binary numbers, algorithms and data compression, separated from the distractions and technical details of having to use computers.

NCWIT's EngageCSEdu
EngageCSEdu encourages the development of inclusive learning environments in introductory computer science courses by helping faculty browse, contribute, and review materials that engage all students. This dynamic collection offers thousands of projects, homework assignments, and other course materials searchable by CS knowledge area and programming language.
TechGirls
TechGirls is an international exchange program designed to inspire and empower girls from the Middle East and North Africa to pursue a deeper level of training in technology through hands-on skills development. The TechGirls program improves participants' ability to enter tech fields and gain access to higher education, as well as offering a rich cultural immersion experience.
TECHNOLOchicas
Technolochicas LogoTECHNOLOchicas is a collaborative project of the National Center for Women & IT (NCWIT) and Televisa Foundation designed to raise awareness among young Latinas and their families about opportunities and careers in technology. The campaign features powerful stories of five Latinas from diverse backgrounds and environments who share a passion for technology and its power to change the world.
