Balancing and the principles of balance!

This month we will focus on Balance.
The three essential elements of balance are alignment, strength and attention. Alignment with the body with gravity is crucial; it makes balance physically possible, Strength gives us the power to create, hold and adjust alignment. And attention continually monitors alignment so we know how to correct it from one moment to the next.
MELT(R) & Yoga with MELT Method(R)
with Monique
MELT(R) promotes fluid flow, helps you heal, activates nerves you aren't using, and relieves pain.  It is an acupressure self massage techniques using balls and rollers. Try it once. Love it for life!

Friday Night Lights!

Come and experience this   Blacklight Yoga Class 
on the 3rd Friday of every month  
The September 18 class was a big success!
Be sure to join us this month on Friday October 16 from  
7 to 8:30pm. 
This multilevel, vigorous vinyasa class will be in a warm room with dance music. You can come with white or florescent paint on your body, clothing or mat. Liberty Yoga is providing light sticks and body paint so come early to get ready!
This class is an additional fee. 
$16 (non-members) $8 (members)

3rd Annual Liberty Yoga  
Bike to the Bay!
       
Thank you to all who donated to MS and to support Christine and Tom on their Bike to the Bay ride!
We trained all summer and had a great time! We fought the wind, got a flat tire (Christine), had lots of yummy (junk) food and made it the 75 miles to the Bay! The MS foundation raised almost 1 million dollars for this event!
