Summer is here!

We have some exciting things happening at the studio this month.

Our yoga teacher training (YTT) students  who have been meeting every Tuesday or Thursday evening just completed their year long training!  Congratulations and great work!

Workshops:

Sat. July 11th, 2-4pm - Ashtanga Yoga with Zach Plerhoples  
Sat. Aug 8th, 2-4pm - Handstands with Zach Plerhoples  
Fri. Aug 14th, 7-9pm - Singing Bowl Concert with Andy West

For fun and outdoor adventure try Yoga in the Park with Christine starting June 6th at 8:30am at Paper Mill Park all summer!

Don't forget there are no classes at the studio on Saturdays at 8:30 am in June. Saturday, 10 am therapeutic yoga with Erin is still on!

Don't forget your meditation practice - join us every Sunday from 8-9:30 am for gentle yoga and meditation ($5 donation to a charity), to help ground you and allow you to have Love, Calm and Joy every day!!

Our 2014-2015, 200hr YTT on Tuesday and Thursday evenings is completed. Thank you One-Yoga teachers Susan Smith and Elizabeth Gehrt for teaching hot yoga and training teachers at Liberty! We'll miss you this summer! Susan will be back in August for a TBA teaching spot (most likely Sundays at 8:30 am) and will also be doing some donation based workshops on weeknights!
