Come this Thursday May 7 to the 10am class, 5:30pm or 7pm classes for 10 minutes of flute music at the beginning of each of these classes to get a taste of David's inspiring and relaxing music!

At the Workshop...
Join us for this very special Meditation and Music with David Young. Enjoy 30 minutes of Yoga (taught by Erin) with flute music followed by discussion about meditation and spiritual connection. Then enjoy quieting the mind in a lying down meditation as David plays 2 flutes at once.
Vinyasa class with Christine to strengthen your whole core. The core is made up of the deep muscles closest to the spine. One of the best ways to access this area is to move from the ground up engaging these muscles through movement. The movement we do is a wave action to activate and access these muscles in every pose.
Protect the back.
When we engage our center body it helps to protect the back! WHY? Because the back muscles and the front muscles make up the core!
So, come and try FLY. Help your back by working the core!

Our first year of Teacher Training was a SUCCESS!

YTT
(Yoga Teacher Training) with Elizabeth Gehrt and Susan Smith began in September and just culminated with a wonderful weekend at the Himalayan Institute! We are so proud of all of the teachers who completed this course and are ready to move on to teaching or wherever their journey takes them!
