Note: Advance registrations only, please. Night-of registrations/payment will not be accepted. All attendees must be pre-paid & have their names on the guest list prior to the event in order to be admitted. If you are reserving a table, we must have all of your guest names & payment to hold your reservation.

New Location! Grand Geneva Ballroom 

Be sure to take advantage of the valet parking at the Grand Geneva's main entrance.

6:00-7:00 pm:  Check-in, Appetizers, Social Hour, Silent Auction & Open Bar Until 10pm.  New This Year: Q-Check! Eliminates in-person checkout at the end of the evening to enhance everyone's auction experience. A credit card must be registered at check-in order to receive a bidder number. Learn more.

7:00-8:00 pm: Dinner & SNL-Style Entertainment

8:30 pm: Live Auction, Raffle Winners, Best SNL Costume Contest (Costume Contest winner will receive free admission to next year's YMCA Auction).

AFTER PARTY, Sponsored by BMO Harris Bank - Immediately following the live auction. Includes DJ, dancing, photo booth (compliments of 1Touch Photos), cash bar & late night snacks from the Next Door Pub. 

Make It A Grand Weekend! Special room rates are available to Y Auction Attendees. Call the Grand Geneva at 262-248-8811 for details & reservations by Jan. 27 to make reservations online under the Y Auction room block. Reservations made after 1/27 will be charged the resort's prevailing rate.
