The College Planning Team is pleased to present:

Interview Skills for Success
When: Thursday, November 12th from 2:30 - 4:00
Where:  Pine Lake Prep - Room TBD
Ages:   High School Students

Students work hard to get good grades, to get high scores on the SAT and ACT, and to participate in all of the extra-curricular activities that appeal to colleges, but a bad college interview could negate all of that hard work!

Give your high school student the opportunity to learn how to make a great first and lasting impression on an interviewer. Participants in this class will learn about, and have the opportunity to practice with their peers in a relaxed atmosphere, how to:

Prepare for an interview with good questions, proper attire, and a positive attitude.
  • Have positive body language.
  • Confidently greet the interviewer and make polite conversation.
  • Answer questions with confidence and poise.
  • Use electronics appropriately.
  • Sell themselves without sounding boastful.

Cost: The cost is $30 per person to be paid via sign-up genius upon registration.  Mrs.  Symington is donating 20% of the registration fee to PLP's Annual Fund!
