- SB 11 (Beall): to increase training for law enforcement regarding mental illness
- SB 29 (Beall): to increase training for law enforcement regarding mental illness
- SB 614 (Leno): to provide meaningful employment opportunities for consumers and family members within the mental health delivery system, and to strengthen the network of services provided by peers
- SB 621 (Hertzberg): to increase to availability of jail diversion programs for individuals living with mental illness
- AB 374 (Nazarian): to ensure access to appropriate medication
