When should I come during advising walk-in hours?

          When you have any questions. 

• During advising walk-in hours, students and scholars can speak with an advisor about any questions they have without making an appointment, and it will be first come, first served
• If it is determined that your questions will take more than a few minutes to answer,we will set up an appointment for you with an advisor for another day.  
• If you know your situation is complicated, please call the office and individual appointments can be made during office hours; we cannot arrange appointments by email.

Office hours are still 9am-4pm, and during this time you can:

• Pick up and drop off documents
   
• Drop off I-20 or DS-2019 to obtain travel signature. It will be ready the next day. Please plan ahead, as we cannot guarantee same-day travel signatures.
