It's still summer - natural bug repellent recipe.

Essential oils do provide a natural bug repellent solution. Here is a great and easy recipe you can put together in five minutes. And all the ingredients and spritzer bottles can be purchased at Your Body Needs...

Dilute the below mixture in 3.5 oz distilled water in a 4oz amber spritzer bottle. Shake vigorously before applying to the skin. Avoid eyes, nose and mouth. If irritation occurs stop immediately and wash off with soap and water.  You can also 1/2 this mixture and add it to a 2oz oil base.      
 
Clove Essential Oil - 10 drops
Lemongrass Essential Oil- 5 drops
Eucalyptus Essential Oil - 10 drops
Lavender Essential Oil - 15 drops
