6 November Workshops:

Kaizen: Continuous Improvement for Everybody, Everywhere, and Every Day
Join multiple award-winning author and lean expert, Mark Graban for a fast-paced, hands-on half-day workshop to learn the practice of "kaizen": the art of continuous improvement.

Organizations - big and small, public sector and private industry - are all learning to embrace "daily kaizen" - the process of facilitating small, meaningful changes as an ongoing continuous improvement method, fitting within a larger, broader lean improvement strategy.  This workshop is ideal for those just getting started, and it can also help amplify results for others who are well into their "lean journey".

Lean Coaching With Motivational Interviewing
This one-day workshop is designed for transformation leaders who struggle to deal with people who are not on board with change and are actively or passively resisting.  Toyota veteran and lean coaching expert Ron Oslin will introduce you to the groundbreaking methods he and others have developed in Capital One's One System One Voice initiative.  Participants receive multiple coached practice opportunities that build your skills to facilitate change.

Ever wonder how a therapist coaches a patient who does not want to be coached -- someone addicted to the status quo?  The answer lies in Motivational Interviewing.  Learn powerful ways to accelerate change!
