Our supporters at Barclays spent the summer collecting backpacks, pencils, notebooks and more for the Jersey Cares School Supply Drive. Volunteers from Barclays then sorted through the supplies, packed completed backpacks, and created inspirational keychains for NJ students.

More corporate employees volunteered through Jersey Cares this summer than during any other in our 22 year history! Jersey Cares had its busiest summer in corporate service to date! From June - August we engaged over 1,700 volunteers in meaningful volunteer projects, such as landscaping parks, revitalizing schools, creating toiletry essential kits in their offices, and much more. We're continuing this trajectory right through the fall, and hope to make it another record-breaking season! To learn how your company can get involved, please contact Michelle Dee.
P.S. Jersey Cares has moved! While our work is statewide, our office is now located at 290 West Mount Pleasant Avenue, Suite 1320, Livingston, NJ 07309, and our new phone number is 973-533-1993.

Corporate Spotlight: Vornado In August, two groups of Vornado volunteers joined Jersey Cares in Passaic County for great service projects. At a Paterson elementary school volunteers transformed the outdoor space by painting line games on the blacktop and murals on retaining walls, building benches and picnic tables, and planting flowers throughout the space. There's no doubt that students will be excited to use their new outdoor space when returning to school this year! A week later, Vornado volunteers visited a community center in Passaic where they interacted with students at the summer camp, leading a fitness workshop and craft fair and then painting the outside of the facility. Thank you, Vornado, for providing local youth with new resources and fun experiences!
