ADP volunteers brought warmth and a hint of spring to an Essex County transitional shelter for women this February. The group arrived at the shelter in subzero temperatures and got right to work. Volunteers built shelves and reorganized the kitchen, making the room brighter and more spacious. Meanwhile, another group of volunteers worked to create handcrafted flower wreaths to help usher in the spring. Then, the volunteers cranked up the oven and made delicious, homemade lasagna and chocolate chip cookies for the residents - everything was gone in minutes! Thank you, ADP for bringing warmth and spring cheer on a frigid day!
