December 15th marked seven years of full-time ministry!  Yes, seven incredible years, and in 2014 the Lord has been faithful to allow FMM to expand its territory - there are so many praises!  2014 has been fruitful with many training events, several speaking engagements and support groups planted.  Praise God!  We're just getting started.

FMM is growing and thanks to you we are able to move forward.  As we seek the Lord for His will in 2015, would you prayerfully consider supporting FMM's work to minister to those lost in addiction, s*xual addiction (SA) specifically?  Even though SA is kept out of the conversation we cannot deny its ramifications and implications culturally and within the body of Christ.  

THE LATEST STATISTICS INDICATE THAT THERE IS NOW NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CULTURE AND CHRISTIAN S*XUAL ADDICTION BEHAVIORS.

Being on the front lines of SA recovery and knocking on the front door of the Church for many years, I will continually express my gratitude for the human trafficking (HT) movement (and the Christian communities surrounding them) for acknowledging the need to address the demand (SA) side of the HT equation. Sometimes I feel we've entered the Church through the back door, but at least we're getting in. There is so much work to do.  So many people need to hear and know that true freedom is possible.  Not simply suppressing desires or switching addictions, but REAL freedom from the pain that's driving the need to cope in the first place.  

Maybe you need to know that you can make a difference.  You can change, and your change can change your world.  I know.  I live in that process daily.  Following God's call on my life and learning to let Jesus vindicate me is the most exhilarating and terrifying thing I've ever done. I still can get overwhelmed.  I'd be lying to say different.  But it's ever so clear that when I'm weak and anxious (which is more often than I'd like to admit) He is strong and steady, waiting for me to abide and find my rest in Him.  In each and every challenge the Father clears His character in my mind.  He is kind, willing and able to rescue and defend my life (Ps. 27:1), but I have to cry out for help.  You see, I don't think that I really want control.  I want to live safe and secure, at rest.  Humbly, I confess, that I am still learning how to do that daily and even though I miss the mark and take matters upon myself, He wastes nothing, and uses it all for His name's sake.  He is truly good and faithful even when I cannot see.

Please remember the ministry of FMM in your prayers.  Join us as we ask for wisdom, favor, open doors and support to address the ravenous appetite that consumes the soul of this generation.  Jesus came to seek and save that which was lost, both inside and outside His church.
