Be a Parent, Not a Friend... Don't Make Alcohol Available to Teens
Video 1: Don't be a Friend
On behalf of the Howard County Alcohol Coalition, HC DrugFree will be providing videos and talking points to help parents, PTSAs and other organizations to start meaningful discussions about not hosting underage parties and providing alcohol to teens. Click on the image below to go to the first of a series of informational videos.

Report Underage Alcohol Parties (and Other Offenses)
HC DrugFree and the Howard County Police Department (HCPD) would like to stress the importance of citizen involvement. If you know of parties where underage drinking is happening, or if you are a witness to any illegal or dangerous activity, alert HCPD immediately! Your tips are held in high regard and will result in police involvement whenever warranted. You ALWAYS have the option to remain completely anonymous.

HCPD Phone Numbers:
911: To report any criminal or dangerous situations
410-313-2200: To report non-emergency situations
410-313-STOP: To report any criminal or dangerous situations
410-290-DRUG: To report confirmed or suspected drug activity
