food chain will be giving away free smoothie samples in the BeHot lobby at 6pm, Wednesday, November 25th, immediately following the 5pm class and just before the 6:30pm class. 

Smoothies Wednesday, Wine and Jewerly Thursday! Needless to say, Friday we will be taking everyone to Disneyland to complete the pleasure trifecta!

CANDLELIGHT CLASS ON CHRISTMAS DAY!

Director, Paul McQuillan, will be leading a candlelit class with music at 12pm on Christmas Day. There will be no verbal instruction for this class. Yogis will practice the Hot 26/2 sequence in the 75-minute format, moving together to music.

Join us for this special class to celebrate the holidays!
