The employment achievements of Delawareans who are blind or have visual impairments were honored on Oct. 16th at a special luncheon hosted by the Delaware Division for the Visually Impaired (DVI) and the Vocational Rehabilitation Advisory Council (VRAC) for DVI.

In October 2015 DVI was proud to be among the 17 global organizations honored by the Library of Congress, for having best practices in promoting literacy.
