On Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at 4:00 PM, the library will close early in observance of Thanksgiving.  The library will remain closed on Thursday, November 26th and Friday, November 27th.

BOOK SALE

The library will host a book sale on Saturday, November 28th and Monday, November 30th.  In between Black Friday and Cyber Monday shopping, stop by the library to fill a bag* with books and pay $1.00! 

*Bags will be provided and/or patrons can bring own bags.
  
CHILDREN'S CORNER
There are many exciting programs for children of all ages at the library! Please call or visit the library to register for children's programming.  A Fairview Library card in good standing is required to register for programs.

Please note, the library will close early on December 15, 2015 at 5:00 PM for a special children's program!

YOUNG ADULTS
 
Beginning in December, young adults (age 12-18) are invited to an after school reading group.  Students will read from current non-fiction and fiction books to practice English reading and speaking skills. This is a drop-in program, registration is not required.  Space is limited and restricted to Fairview residents.  The group will meet Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

The library offers a free subscription to Mango Languages?  All you need is a library card to use it! 

Library patrons can use their library card to learn 71 languages with Mango Languages. Languages include Spanish, French, Italian and English for Spanish, Arabic, Turkish and 16 other language speakers.
