Hello Friends & Prayer Partners,

We have just gone through three days of victory because of the power of our Lord Jesus Christ.  The outdoor crusade was a battle ground as the level of spiritual warfare shocked the team. Many in that area worship Mary and many 'particular' Saints, but also worship demonic idols that oppress them.  For instance, the saint for sexuality revolves around a snake, and when the people ultimately become possessed by this force, they can actually slither like a snake on the ground.

Both nights of the outdoor crusade in the town of Cabrera, the atmosphere was rife with spiritual warfare. During the first crusade, the generator on our platform mysteriously died, so we lost power while the worship team was singing. The churches rose up and worshiped aloud and the generator started a little while later.

One oppressed man sat by the altar area and screamed the entire time. His shrieking went on during worship, during the preaching, and only stopped at the conclusion of the service.  Then, the snake demon manifested at the altar and it was something to behold! Not even in Africa have I seen one like this.

The battles continued Saturday night. We had great crowds, great worship, but the shrieking man returned again.  As I began to preach the city's power went off, leaving the stage fully lit by the generator and the entire square in darkness... how weird!

We continued to worship and we prayed. We preached the Word and saw victories both nights. People were saved, those on the outlying areas still heard the Word, God was glorified, the city was impacted, and the local Pastors were encouraged! Yes, our God is greater despite oppositional forces!  "Who's greater? Jesús!"

I am thankful for this incredible team that God has blessed me with on this trip: 4 ladies from New Brunswick and 4 ladies from Global Kingdom Ministries in Scarborough, ON. Their willingness to serve with such unity of spirit, to pray ardently, and to fit in wherever needed has enabled us to fight oppressive forces together. Loving the journey; much more to come. Thanks for your prayers!

Blessings,
