Top Lawn Customer Loyalty Program
At Top Lawn we value our relationship with our customers and we want to make sure you know it. Feeling valued by the businesses that we patronize seems to be becoming a rare thing. We never want that to be the case with Top Lawn. As a way to show appreciation to all of our customers, we have implemented our own Customer Loyalty Program. The Top Lawn Loyalty Program consists of 4 levels of rewards for our customers. Our customers begin to benefit from our Loyalty Program as soon as they begin using our service.


LEVEL 1  - New customers up to 3 continuous years of service

We will not raise your price after the first season and we will never raise your price 2 years in a row

  $20 credit when scheduled services for a calendar year exceed a total of $450.00.

LEVEL 2 - After 3 continuous years of service - 
benefit applied in your milestone year 4

Level 1 benefits plus- 
10% off all services scheduled for that calendar year

LEVEL 3- After 6 continuous years of service -  benefit applied in your milestone year 7 

Level 1 benefits plus- 

15% off all scheduled services for that calendar year  1 Free "additional service" treatment of your choice (maximum $80)

LEVEL 4 - After 9 continuous years of service - 
benefit applied in your milestone year 10

  Level 1 benefits plus- 

20% off all scheduled services for that calendar year  1 free treatment of your choice  Lawn treatment price freeze for life


Simply contact our office before treatments begin in your milestone year and we will apply the appropriate benefits to your account for that season!
Terms and Conditions

Our service is continuous from season to season. Although treatments are interrupted by winter weather, this does not constitute cancellation of service or benefits of the Loyalty Program. A season is defined as the fiscal year Jan. 1 to Dec. 31

Continuous service is calculated from your "since date" on your Lawn, Tree, Mosquito or Perimeter Pest program. This is the date that the first service in a continuous period was performed at your home.

Service years must be continuous to accumulate rewards. If you had ever cancelled or interrupted your service your "since date" is calculated from the date you resumed service.

Milestone years will be calculated from the year of your most recent "since date". For instance, if you started service in June of 2010 your milestone year 4 would be 2013, milestone year 7 would be 2016 and milestone year 10 would be 2019.

Benefits are applied in the "Milestone Year" only. Benefits cannot accumulate or be combined.

Rewards are not retroactive and cannot be applied to services already performed or paid for.

Simply contact us before your treatments begin in your milestone year. Email is the best form of communication because it can be documented and attached to your account.

You can email us any time for your "since date" if you are not sure when you started with our service.

Residential customers only. Loyalty Program does not apply to associations, condominiums, businesses or any contracts that must be renewed annually. Top Lawn Loyalty program in no way constitutes a contract. Neither Top Lawn nor its employees are legally obligated to provide any of the benefits mentioned herein. Top Lawn reserves the right to suspend, terminate, modify or cancel the Loyalty Program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you and shall have no liability as a result of such suspension, termination, modification or cancellation. In the event the Loyalty Program is terminated, any Rewards you have accumulated will no longer be redeemable as of that particular date. Top Lawn is not liable to inform you that the Loyalty Program has been terminated in the event such a situation arises

Rewards earned in the Loyalty Program may not be used in combination with any other Loyalty Programs, offers or other promotions offered by Top Lawn or third parties. Rewards earned are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with family, friends or others. You cannot redeem Rewards for cash, and Rewards have no cash value.
