May 27 MWCC Quarterly Meeting
TheHotelatArundelPreserve

Please plan to join us for the MWCC's next Quarterly Meeting, the morning of May 27th.  Our half-day "mini-conference" on Lean Thinking, leadership, and culture change is sure to include news you can use to improve the performance of any organization.  This quarter:

Leslie Gilbert, Continuous Improvement Coordinator for Howard County Public Schools System, will discuss how they have applied lean across office processes and in the classroom.  Hear how their multi-year effort has begun to reshape the system.  Any school can improve their performance with lean -- learn how!

Thomas Dahbura, President of Hagerstown's Hub Labels, along with David Lunken, Senior Consultant with PI Midatlantic, will discuss the Predictive Index, a tool that has changed the way Hub Labels evaluates candidates and manages employees.

MWCC Executive Director, Jeff Fuchs, will discuss recent events in Baltimore City as an example of the important role lean can play in addressing social and community issues, and help improve processes in the public sector.

We look forward to seeing you!

Sincerely,
The Maryland World Class Consortia
