Great news from gatorvillE   
  • The Women's Soccer team earned their first Skyline regular season championship after completing the regular season with an 8-1 record and a three-way tie for 1st place.  The Gators will be the #2 seed in the conference tournament, hosting the semifinal match on 11/4 at 1 pm.  The team has already established a new program record for most wins in a season with 14. 
  • The Men's Soccer team captured their second Skyline Championship title after posting an 7-1-2 record.  The Gators will be the top seed in the Skyline tournament, hosting their semifinal game on 11/4 at 10:30 am.
  • Three Gator teams sit atop the Skyline standings with one week remaining in the regular season.  Men's Soccer is in sole possession of the top spot a 6-1-1 record while Women's Soccer and Women's Volleyball are each in a tie for 1st with just one loss on their ledgers.   
  • Junior libero Siena Wilder was named the Skyline Volleyball Player of the Week (10/19/15) and is ranked 3rd in Division III in aces per set.
  • Freshman Zack Funk was earned Skyline Cross Country Rookie of the Week honors (10/19/15) after placing 6th overall at the Green Mountain Invitational on 10/18.
  • Hannah Tighe and Amanda Millington placed in the top 10 at the Green Mountain Cross Country Invitational on 10/19 to lead the Gators to a 2nd place finish.

During the week of September 28th, over 120 students, faculty and staff at Sage College of Albany participated in campus events during Impact Your World Week.  

* 57 people donated clothes to people in need around in the Capital District, which was approximately 100 pounds of clothes  

 

* 23,700 grains of rice of were raised for the World Food Program

 

* 34 people passed around kindness cards

 

* 30 people made pet rocks (You Rock My Word!) with inspirational messages attached to brighten someone's day

Wellness Center

 

The end of the semester is a stressful time! Did you know there is a new Stress Free Room in the Albany Wellness Center, lower level of Kahl Campus Center? The room is available for student use Monday through Friday, 9 am - 4 pm. Students  may sign up for ½ hour slots by visiting the Wellness Center.



Res Life

 

Thanksgiving Break: Residence Halls CLOSE Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at 11 am and re-open Sunday November 29th at NOON   

 

 

End of Semester: Residence Halls CLOSE at 11:00 am on Saturday, December 19, 2015 and re-open January 17, 2016 at 9:00 am.

 


The last resident in each room must be sure these items are completed before leaving for breaks: 

  • Windows closed and locked
  • Blinds and shades pulled ½ down
  • Fish are brought home
  • Perishables in the refrigerator have been removed
  • The refrigerator has been unplugged and defrosted (winter break only)
  • Unplug power strips
  • Unplug all other electrical items in the room
  • All lights must be turned off
  • Heater is set to the lowest possibility
  • Items are moved away from the heater register
  • All trash has been removed and disposed of properly
  • The door has been locked
