Almost half of cell phone users now have smart phones and the ranks are growing daily, so it just makes sense to give them more and easier ways to buy more tickets.  

 

Webtix will work with the popular iPhone and Android platforms. The best part? Center Stage Software has added this valuable feature to Webtix at no extra cost to you!

Important Wintix update

 

Our product development team is always improving our software so it is important to regularly update your Wintix. 

 

In Wintix, go to Help | About Wintix and click on the "Download update" button. 

 

The "Build Date" is now 5/3/12 and the time is 2:41:42. If you have trouble downloading an update, please call our support line: 831-920-1254.

 Improvements include:

  • Issues with merging and removing duplications
  • Running totals for sales with multiple shows on one credit card
  • House seats on seating plans are now orange for easier display 
  • Credit card charging has a more streamlined interface
  • Adding a sales record returns to the newly created sale 
TIP OF THE DAY!

You can sell a show on Webtix that has both reserved and general admission seating


Many venues have shows that contain both reserved and general admission (GA) seating. Our product development team has created a new method for including both kinds of seating for sale on Webtix. When they select a ticket in the reserved seating online, they can pick a seat from a seating chart. If they choose GA, they select the number of tickets from a drop down menu. It does require a few steps in Wintix to set it up (including using multi-charts and an interactive web graphic), but we provide complete instructions here.
