NCCL Booth At #RECongress

Many members have extended their service at the NCCL booth during the Los Angeles Religious Education Congress this weekend.  This has proven to be a time of great presence to the larger catechetical community, and NCCL played a relevant role.  Thank you to all those who were involved, especially Marc Gonzalez, Director of the Department of Faith and Ministry Formation in Las Vegas, who coordinated this endeavor.  Also, much gratitude to committee chairpersons who submitted slides for our digital signage in the booth.

NCCL also had the opportunity to celebrate the leadership of Diocesan Director, Sr. Edith Prendergast during the Saturday night event in the arena, entitled, "The Influence of One Life: Sr. Edith Prendergast."  Thousands gathered to participate in this wonderful expression of gratitude for the 27 years of service she extended to the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, and the entire national catechetical vision. Her vocational call has instilled a desire for many others to say, "Here I am, Lord."  This video captured thousands as they sang in unison their gratitude for her nurturing the confident "yes" in their hearts.
