Pinewood Derby World Championships
A Long Beach Scout and his pinewood derby car was just named Fastest Webelos in the World!
See photos. After winning our local derby race, Owen D. from Pack 206/Troop 120 traveled to Times Square in New York City with his dad to participate in the Pinewood Derby World Championships. Congrats, Owen!

CLIMBING AND SHOOTING
Climbing Training
A
three-day course led by expert climbing instructors. For adults and youth 16+. A terrific opportunity to get your unit climbing. Learn all aspects of climbing, safety, and get real practice time on rocks. Sept. 12, 2015.
Hunter Education: Shooting Sports
A free Hunter Education Course will be held on two dates: Wed. July 29 from 6-9pm and Sat. August 1 from 8am-5pm. This course is offered to all Scouts, their families and friends. Register online.
