I hope you've had a fun summer so far. It's hard to believe football season is just around the corner!

When I write about different financial principles every week, I do so recognizing that our clients and friends come from a wide variety of different attitudes, backgrounds and means.

It makes for a tricky proposition, because I want to meet people where they are, but also call them to a higher place when it comes to how they think about finances.
