BON VOYAGE REV. DUCHESS DALE!
Friday evening, October 30, congregants and friends joined
Rev. Duchess in an attitude of frivolity and gratitude. The farewell party was well attended and included one of Rev. Duchess's favorite songs , The Power of Love by Eric Clapton, sung by talented Darin Wilson. We partied in a festive space, well decorated with clear helium balloons and sunflowers as we visited and danced to
Oldies But Goodies that our Intern and DJ, Chris Fowler conducted.

Sunday our sanctuary filled with congregants in attendance for
Rev. Duchess's message. She reminded us of two Science of Mind principles.

1) "Nature will not let us stay in any one place too long. She will let us stay just long enough to gather the experience necessary to the unfolding and advancement of the soul." (Ernest Holmes)

2) No one is ever replaced. We are each unique as an individuated child of God; and our gifts of being always remain.

Rev. Duchess's words to all of us, "Don't cry because I am leaving; Smile because I have been here."

Thank you to all congregants who have been in service by contributing to this special weekend.
From the CNTC Stewardship Council Treasurer
At our last Town Hall meeting I had the opportunity to share with you the wonderful gift Martha Dunbar left us. We are all appreciative of her generosity and loving spirit. Thank you Martha!

I want to reiterate, we are not using Martha's funds for ongoing, daily expenses. If we used Martha's funds for daily operations this generous gift would be spent without considering Martha's intentions in giving this gift. We are investing most of the funds and using the interest generated for some of our more pressing capital improvements as well as Martha's support for education.
At a later date the Stewardship Council will examine improvements for our Center and include suggestions from the congregation regarding how to best use these funds.

This is a request that you continue to tithe and contribute to our Center. Our budget and how we operate depend on you. We all experience the uncertainty of a new future with a new minister at the helm. Change always brings challenges and yet, I have to know that what we're experiencing will be the highest and best for everyone. Please continue to support your Center through your participation and financial giving. We will do this together.

Knowing We are a Prosperous Center, Thank You!

 Affirmations

Gratitude is the attitude that allows my perfect expression.

No person, place or thing stands in the way of my good.

I am thankful to live passionately, purposefully and prosperously.

I am grateful that I am now free to live my dream and fulfill my Vision.

I let go, let God and enjoy the ride.

And so it is.

Rev. Duchess Dale
"So Long, Farewell...and Thanks for All the Fish"

Beloved Community,
Words are useful and plentiful except when attempting to express gratitude to so many for so much; or how to say farewell. It is said that a picture is worth a thousand words, so if you were unable to join us last Sunday, here is the video of my talk that I hope will be worth thousands of words of love and appreciation to you."
InJoy,
Rev. Duchess Dale, C.S.O.
