We have a 'first to market news' this time. Our new improved chips for Kyocera TK3100, TK3110 and TK3130 and the Olivetti and UTAX versions are now V1 Type printer compliant!
FIRST IN WORLD: V1 printer compliant TK31XX chips!
You may have heard that Kyocera launched a new line of printers with an extra communication platform built in the printer. This is not new firmware, our chips are fully firmware compliant. The new printers are equiped with 2 communication platforms with the chip and a fully new chip is required to make them work in both the old and new generation printer. These printers can be identified by serial numbers starting with *V1, see below:
 Though the number of these new V1 printers is still limited, you should be aware that all current after market chips fail in these printers. We are proud to be the first in the world to announce full V1 printer compliance of TK3100, TK3110, TK3130.

The TK1115 and TK1125 and the UTAX P4030/4530/5030/6030 and Olivetti PG-L2140/2145/2150 are expected SOON in V1 compliance too!
