Saturday, May 30th, 10:00am,
Bayside Trail Hike, Cabrillo National Monument (BRING A LUNCH)
Meet at Robb Field at 10 am. Bring your National Parks Senior Pass if you have one. If you don't, today is your opportunity to get one, $10 for lifetime (also good for places that require Adventure Pass). We will carpool to Cabrillo, $8 per vehicle, or free with pass. After the hike we'll go to the Visitor Center and eat lunch outside. Low tide is at 1:38 p.m. so we will drive our cars down to the tidepools and see what we can find. Bring 1-2 liters water, water shoes suitable for tidepool rock-hopping, not flip flops, sunscreen, hat, supportive shoes to hike. Point Loma Blvd., right on Bacon St. into the Ocean Beach Athletic Area (Robb Field)

Dust off your recipes and test out your chili recipe or just go for the best table decoration. Great prizes this year for all categories. We will again have "movies on the lawn" after the sun goes down and the pool and Jacuzzi will be heated and open all day! This year we have lowered the fee and made the event bring your own drinks!
