New MEM Website Launched
Brand new website launched on August 3rd

The new MEM website launched on Monday, August 3rd to the public. The McCormick School of Engineering is in the process of updating all the professional degree websites with a cohesive, user-friendly design. One of the advantages to the new site is that it is "responsive" - meaning it can be easily viewed on mobile devices. Also, Google recently changed their Search Engine Optimization to prioritize sites that are responsive when searching on a mobile device. The site was reviewed, re-formatted, and has a cleaner look for video and photos than the previous website.

Come see for yourself how the new site looks! Use our original web address of mem.northwestern.edu or click here to view the new website.

MEM Student Spotlight
Rachael Hogan

Rachael is a 27-year-old current student from Williamstown, Massachusetts. Her undergrad degree was from Tufts University near Boston.  She loves to bake especially any variety of cupcake and her favorite food is  macaroni  and cheese. Rachael is currently an Implementations Manager at Mattersight, which is a behavioral analytics software company. Her favorite MEM class was Negotiations because it pushed her out of her comfort zone and she learned lessons that she now applies to her life every day. Rachael's advice to future students would be to, "Take advantage of the 'extras' MEM has to offer, like boot camps, Second Fridays and alumni networking events!"
